National Football League players need to be focused, disciplined and very serious about their game. They cannot let anything come between them and their goal. Adverse weather and a diverted mind can change the way a player tackles the football. NFL players believe in taking extra precaution and are prepared for difficult circumstances. They have to play in very tough circumstances and sometimes even in freezing cold weather. The fanny packs are worn by the NFL players so that they can keep their hands warm even if the weather turns very cold. It is not a fashion statement but a necessity.

Whatever the favorite NFL players do become a hot topic of discussion and lots of speculation takes place. Some people thought that the fanny packs are used as a towel stacking bag but that is not true. It is a hand warmer which keeps the players comfortable during the game. In the cities, located at the Northeast portion of USA, the weather is very chilly and causes lots of discomfort and unease for the football players who cannot wear warm clothes in plenty because they need to run and stay light.

The football played in America makes the use of hands vital for winning a game. Due to the excessive cold the players’ hands get numb in cold and the muscles cannot be moved flexibly. This may make them to lose the game they could have won. The fanny packs are efficient hand warmers that are used for keeping the hands warm and do not let the muscles get numb. They have openings at both end and the players can easily insert their hands for quick warmth. They also keep the moisture out so the sweat doesn’t get to freeze on the palms of players.
