Ever wondered why the tiny and irritating mosquitoes try to bite you and come back to seat on an open portion of your body surface every time you vigorously shoo them away? Well though we generalize biting as a common mosquito trait only the female population bites us. The men have no part in the biting rituals. Mosquitoes depend on the nectar of plants for food. Male mosquitoes are incapable of laying eggs and that is why they don’t need blood but female mosquitoes require blood proteins and they bite to get the blood for reproduction.

In some organizations everything is handled by the administrative few and orders are communicated from a higher level of hierarchy to a lower level of the organizational employees. Free flowing of conversation related to work and participation of different levels of the work force in decision making constructs another organizational structure. The first structure described before is called the mechanic structure and the second one is organic structure.

The truth is that though we despise exams still they are important because they evaluate our learning and our level of education. Anything you learn there will be an exam at the end of a learning year to check whether you have made progress and if you are eligible to go further. Students have to give several different sorts of exams in their lives. Entrance exams for schools and college decide if you will be able to understand the curriculum or not and annual exams evaluate how much you have learnt throughout the year.

In ancient times it was believed that the sun is revolving around the earth. As children we often feel that the sun is a golden ball that starts moving from the east sky in the morning and comes direct above our head at the noon and then sinks in the west sky or falls asleep. There are so many children stories and lore regarding the movements of the sun that our heart would like to believe them as the truth. The truth, however, is that the sun does not rise in the east or set in the west. It is a visual illusion that we all experience.
